YIN YANG CATS
The Godlike Feline can be found in most of humanities myths and legends: Freyja the War Goddess of Norse Mythology rode in a chariot drawn by 2 Huge Cats. The Egyptians had a Sacred Cat Goddess: Bastet.Egyptian Felines were adorned with gold jewelry and treated with special respect. Ancient Chinese placed two Guardian lions at the entrance to buildings: a male which guards against threats from the physical world (Yang), and a female lion which represents the Cycle of Life (Yin). In modern times Felines have a reputation for being picky about the people they choose to be around.
The Yin-Yang Felines in this pendant represents the dual attributes of feline personalities: The lighter side, Yang, represents a good nature, loving and caring, family orientated personality. The ebon side, Yin, is the home of Mystery, Elegance, Fidelity, of Passive Force and extreme Sexual Allure.
